The charging principle of wireless charger

When current is passed through the coil, a magnetic field is created. When the magnetic flux of the closed-circuit changes, an induced electromotive force is generated.

The charging base is responsible for turning the current into a constantly changing magnetic field because the back cover of the mobile phone has a coil. When the magnetic field of the base is constantly changing, the magnetic flux in the coil is also constantly changing, which in turn generates an induced electromotive force for charging.

At present, the effective distance of electromagnetic induction wireless charging is roughly 10mm. When charging, it needs to be placed in the center position. If it is not in the center position, the charging efficiency will also be affected.

Here are the disadvantages of wireless charging:

1. Wireless charging is not really "wireless," the charging base still needs to be powered by a cable, and the wireless charging board can be powered on to charge the mobile phone wirelessly;

2. It is inconvenient to use. When charging, the coils of the input and output end need to be aligned, and the scene of playing while wireless charging is limited.

The ideal wireless charging should be able to achieve high-power fast charging within a specific range and achieve full-distance charging without physical contact.

However, with the current technical level, wireless charging technology is constantly developing to the level of wired charging, and various technologies have been improving. Our products are to improve the user experience as much as possible to ensure the safety of charging. If you are interested in wireless chargers, please contact us.
